Building your Site

When you commission us to build a website, it's important to explain that what we sell is our talent, our specialised knowledge, our experience and our time. Budgets 'blow out' if we don't get the help we need and have to source information and images from elsewhere other than directly from our client. So the prices below are a guide, based on our receiving good input from you.

 

A basic website

This is a website which only supplies information. After an initial consultation, we build it using material that you supply, including text and images, usually available in artwork that has previously been printed, like leaflets catalogues and fliers. The cost of this simple kind of site depends very much on how well prepared you are, knowing what you want and having gathered the source material.

 

A basic website which can collect information

…around $1,500

All the above plus a form on the site that visitors can complete and submit to any email address you nominate.

A website with content management

…around $2,000

This is a site that includes all the above, plus a feature that allows the owner to amend certain information on the site …update product and prices for example. Training to change the content is included. If you need to expand your content over time or change it often, then this is the package you need.

A website that will take orders

…around $3,000

This site includes all the above, as well as product management and will also take orders on line.

 

A website which will process payments

…around $4,000

All the above plus the ability to process payments from the customer's credit card directly into your bank account.

On-going Service

Once the website is launched, we maintain a watching brief to ensure the site continues to work properly. We also optimise the site so that search engines can find you easily. And we're on the end of the telephone for a chat, or ready to answer your email questions …anytime.
