Do you only offer Windows hosting?

Yes. We believe the Windows development tools produce better code and offer better outcomes for our clients. Our Windows hosting service is offered primarily as a courtesy service to our website clients, however, we will also extended hosting to clients with third party sites. You can install the third party site yourself or have us do it. Installation or support for third party sites will incur a time-based fee.

This uptime report (shown left) is updated hourly by Pingdom, a third party service we use to constantly monitor our server and alert us to service problems. You can view the independent detailed reports on our server performance. Please compare our uptime to the uptime of our competitors and remember, if you are buying your hosting on price check the actual uptime and not just the claims.

Premium Windows hosting - COMING SOON

We will be bringing the Artisan Premium Service, our second server on line in the next few months. This server will be located in a state-of-the-art datacentre, providing superior performance. Our budget service will continue as normal. Pricing for the higher performance service is not yet finalised, but it will be competitive with similar high end services.
Current customers will be given the opportunity to upgrade or continue with their existing service. Customers choosing to upgrade will be migrated free of charge. At this stage we do not plan for the new server to support PHP or Classic ASP as our focus is on newer technologies. All versions of .Net will be supported.
